1. What the service is

HARAZI SDT is a research and charting tool for a closed community. It detects structural trading patterns and displays market data and analysis.

2. Not financial advice

Everything the service shows — setups, alerts, backtests, Elliott Wave counts, bias scores, projections — is informational only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your decisions.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

Market data comes from third-party exchanges and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Backtest results are hypothetical, model trading costs only approximately, and past performance does not predict future results. We make no warranty that any signal will be profitable.

4. Acceptable use

Don't share your account or attempt to access other users' data.
Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we are not liable for any downtime or data loss, though we keep regular backups.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HARAZI SDT and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from your use of the service.
